Welcome to the V-KOOL Goldnest Customer Portal. By accessing or using our services, registering an e-warranty card, or submitting film protection claims, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
IMPORTANT WARRANTY CONDITION
Your V-KOOL warranty is exclusively applicable to genuine V-KOOL Paint Protection Film. Any replacement or repair using a non-V-KOOL film will result in the immediate termination of the warranty.
1. Scope of V-KOOL Warranty Coverage
V-KOOL products are covered under specific manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects:
- Paint Protection Films (PPF): Covered against yellowing, cracking, bubbling, peeling, or delamination for the duration specified on your e-card.
- Heat Control Films (HCF): Covered against fading, demetallization, adhesive failure, and glass peeling under normal conditions.
- Certified Installation Requirement: Warranty is valid ONLY if applied by an authorized V-KOOL Goldnest certified installer.
2. Claim Verification & Validation
To submit and validate a warranty claim via your customer dashboard or scan-card portal:
- You must hold an active digital warranty card linked to your registered vehicle VIN/Registration number.
- Physical inspection by an authorized V-KOOL Goldnest technician is mandatory to assess film defect eligibility.
- Upon approval, warranty remedy is limited to film re-application or panel replacement for the affected area.
3. Warranty Exclusions
V-KOOL warranty coverage does NOT apply to:
- Damage caused by accidents, collisions, vandalism, scratch damage, or intentional tearing.
- Pressure washing within 48 hours post-installation or using harsh solvent/abrasive cleaners.
- Application on non-OEM re-painted surfaces or defective factory clear coats.
- Normal wear and tear, road debris stone chips beyond film impact ratings, or industrial chemical fallout.
4. Post-Installation Care Guidelines
To maintain full warranty validity, customers must adhere to recommended care instructions:
- Do not wash the vehicle or roll down tinted windows for 48 hours after application.
- Clean film surfaces using clean microfiber cloths and pH-neutral auto shampoos only.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All V-KOOL trademarks, Goldnest logos, e-card software, UI layouts, and digital branding assets belong exclusively to V-KOOL / Eastman Chemical Company / Goldnest India. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
